Reteta de supa de orz, vezi video

Azi o sa va prezint o noua reteta. In zona in care locuiesc eu, dar in general in zona muntilor 

 Alpi, supa de orz face parte din meniul tuturor. Multe restaurante cu specific tipic zonei 

 propun in meniul lor aceasta supa. Aceasta supa este specifica iernii, asta si datorita faptului ca 

 este servita foarte calda... eu o ador, in zilele de iarna este perfecta!

Aveti nevoie de:
Orz perlat....probabil se gaseste in zona cu cereale/seminte in supermarket
Ceapa
Morcov
Tulpina de telina verde
Unu/doi cartofi
Cubulete de pancetta afumata (bacon)
O coaja de parmezan (partea care de obicei se arunca)
Sare/piper/ulei/verdeata

Eu am avut tulpina de telina deja taiata marunt si congelata.
Se taie marunt ceapa, mocovul si telina si se calesc in putin ulei.
Se adauga orzul si se amesteca pentru 1-2 minute dupa care se adauga apa. Trebuie adaugata apa mai multa pentru ca orzul se umfla si va absoarbe apa, deci trebuie controlat din cand in cand si eventual se mai adauga.


Se adauga si cubuletele de pancetta (bacon) impreuna cu o coaja de parmezan (pentru a da gust). La final, coaja de parmezan se scoate si se arunca.

Fierberea dureaza cam o ora... cu 15 minute inainte de final, puneti si cateva cubulete de cartofi. Sarati dupa gust!

Cand este gata, adaugati putina verdeata.
Supa se serveste cu parmezan ras care ii da un gust foarte bun!

Ardeleanul şi porcul

Într-o zi de luni, un ardelean merge cu porcul în târg pentru a-l vinde. La un moment dat se apropie un domn mai bine îmbrăcat, la costum, cravata... şi-i spune omului: – De vânzare porcu’? – De vânzare! – Da’... ce porc fain! – Da, e fain! – Dar ce-i daţi să mănânce? – Păi... resturi... ce rămâne de la noi dăm la porc. – În cazul ăsta, daţi-mi voie să mă legitimez: sunt de la Protecţia Consumatorului. Cum puteţi să-i daţi porcului să mănânce resturi? Dacă se îmbolnăvesc consumatorii? Un milion de lei amendă! A doua săptămână, iar vine ardeleanul cu porcul în târg. De el se apropie un alt domn bine îmbrăcat, care-l întreabă: – De vânzare porcu’?
